inspire-general
Emotional engagement is the holy grail of any organisation: a workforce of people who don't just know what they're doing - but who care about how they do it.
If you want to achieve that kind of engagement, you have to bring your brand to life in a meaningful way. Not with preachy abstracts ('integrity', 'respect', 'customer first'), but with real stories and examples that will resonate at every level of your business. We can help you make it real.

By coming up with a service movement that’s as quirky and fun as the brand itself. ‘Service legends’ combined recognition, razzamatazz and some highly engaging films. It took senior leaders on a whistle-stop tour of wagamama’s restaurants - unearthing the service legends, celebrating their stories and generating a buzz that set the business up perfectly for peak performance.

inspire-fat-face-v4
Fat Face had the classic entrepreneurial brand problem: how do you retain your maverick spirit and excitement as you grow into a serious global business? This film was a way to articulate Fat Face’s distinctive personality for a new generation. You can’t script this stuff. You just have to dig till you find it - and then bring it to life with informal interviews, offbeat production and a healthy slug of authenticity.

Mondelez is the global foods giant created by the merger between Kraft and Cadbury. ‘Big and small’ was the theme they wanted to use to help shape their combined culture.

This was the first articulation of the theme in the UK - an interactive table-mat and animation used to explain the concept in their management conference. Simple - but powerfully effective.
