

Face-to-face is the most powerful way to communicate ideas and get people behind you. But it’s not enough just to get everyone in one place. When they leave, they need to be thinking, feeling or acting differently - otherwise, what’s the point?



The ‘Propeller’ is a score-card of priorities for the John Lewis Partnership’s shared services division. To help bring it to life, we organised a week-long festival of events and activities - from live music to baking competitions to interactive sessions with outside speakers. The light, low-key style was spot on for the Partnership: the festival was a huge success and helped to get people thinking positively about the priorities.

When you’re in the wine business, Christmas is what makes, or breaks, your year. With the market flat and margins battered by Brexit, Majestic needed something special to lift their teams and hit their challenging targets. We helped them put together two thumping, interactive conferences, leaving managers set up, fired up and confident for peak trading. The result? Smashed targets and record sales.
