In our connected world, what you do as a business is far more important than what you say. Your success depends on the experience your customers have - which, in turn, depends on the decisions your people make every day.
How do you help them make better decisions? By giving them real clarity about the outcomes you want to achieve - and by giving them the skills and confidence to do it themselves.
We'll help you build the right culture from the ground up: getting people involved, giving them a voice and making it easy for them to know the right thing to do.

It was a huge hit - and the finished paintings (which really aren’t bad) now hang in Pfizer’s head office.

Portsmouth University’s leaders wanted to chart an ambitious new course. So they asked us to help gather views and ideas, from staff, students, the local community - that could inform their strategic priorities. ‘Shaping our future’ was a massive, city-wide listening project, with pop-up discussions, filmed interviews and a busy online forum. Engagement was extraordinary and the result was a plan that people genuinely felt they’d helped shape.
